IASGP Annual Conference 2020 – Cancellation
Dear members,
Sadly we have to cancel our annual conference, due to take place in Düsseldorf on 14th and 15th May. We hope to reschedule later in the year, and are in touch with colleagues in Düsseldorf about this, but clearly cannot be sure how things will develop. It is a particular shame as we had a lot of excellent abstracts and it would have been a great event. Let’s make it a resolution to have a really brilliant gathering when it becomes possible to do so.
Similarly, it looks most unlikely that other pipeline activities in the coming months, which had included a joint seminar with Tutzing’s political education academy on Germany in Europe, and an event on the German presidency of the Council of the European Union, will go ahead in the intended form.
If there is appetite, perhaps around the date of our now-cancelled conference, to have some kind of digital gathering or event, then please drop us a line with any thoughts!
