We have an opportunity for up to 5 students to take part in this year’s election trip to Berlin from 22^nd to 27^th September, which is being generously supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).  This opportunity is open to final year undergraduate, MA or doctoral students anywhere in the world (apart from those studying in Germany, due to the terms of our funding).  Students will have the opportunity to hear talks from party representatives and Berlin-based experts, attend campaign events by political parties, and shadow party campaigners.  Accommodation and food will be provided, and we can contribute a lump sum of 250 Euros towards travel and other costs.  Before applying, students should study the rules on entering Germany from their home countries – in many circumstances, having been double vaccinated for at least 14 days will be a requirement.
